A graduate of the St. Michael Mustang volleyball program, Coach Marieka Ouimette took her talents to Niagara College and was named female rookie athlete of the year in 2010. She was also a recipient of the OCAA All-Academic award. In 2012 she won the female athlete of the year award and was recognized by other coaches in the league as she was named MVP of the West Region team at the OCAA All-Star Game and 1st Team OCAA League All-Star. She then went on to star for the Guelph Gryphons.  Following her career, Marieka returned to her roots and was a founding member of the Mission Volleyball club (formerly Mustang Volleyball) at St. Michael CHS in Kemptville, where she has coached 14U, 15U and 16U for the past three seasons. An excellent coach who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, Marieka is a true asset to the program and has helped propel Mission volleyball to new levels.
